BACK YARD DECK REPLACEMENT + LINX PERGOLA

PREMIER UPGRADE

The existing, 1st generation, composite decking was at the end of it's effective life.  

4th of July family reunion was on the horizon. 

We made the deadline!!!!

FRAMING --- SOME SALVAGED

We prefer not replace framing -- if not necessary. 

Much of the existing framing was in good enough shape to re-purpose, so we did. 

NEW FRAMING -- WHERE NEEDED

The framing over the existing concrete pad was insufficiently stable to handle expected foot traffic.  We replaced the joists over the pad + anchored  to the pad for support. 

LINX PERGOLA + CINCH RAILING

Pergola is available off the shelf at your local home retailer. 

We installed the CINCH railing after the pergola was installed.   

Rail Posts were upgraded to 3x3.

DRAMATIC CHANGE

Hard to argue with the turn-around.
